CW laser diodes (red, infrared, NIR)

The CW (continuous wave) laser diodes in the QLF063x-QLF09x series from our partner QD-Laser consist of powerful Fabry-Perot lasers. They are available in the following wavelengths: 640 nm, 660 nm, 685 nm, 785 nm, 830 nm, 905 nm, and 940 nm.

The laser diodes are installed in a robust TO56-CAN housing with an integrated monitor photodiode (built-in monitor PD). At the same time, they are hermetically sealed with a flat glass cover that provides reliable protection against environmental influences. We offer two connection variants: common anode or common cathode.

The high-power laser diodes in continuous wave (CW) mode are designed for industrial applications and are ideal for a wide range of demanding applications. These include machine vision, leveling instruments, industrial laser markers, measuring devices, life science applications, particle inspection, sensor technology, and laser projection.
