Laser for use at extremely high temperatures. The lasers are installed in TO-56 CAN casing with a monitor PD that allows output to be checked visually, and are hermetically sealed with a lens cap. Equipping the active layers of the device with quantum dot technologies has made it possible to achieve excellent temperature properties and low power consumption.
