High-power Fabry-Perot (FP) laser diodes
The QLF063x-QLF09x series comprises powerful Fabry-Perot lasers with wavelengths of 640, 660, 685, 785, 830, 905 and 940 nm in a TO56 casing with built-in monitor PD. We offer two types of connectors for common anodes or common cathodes. These lasers are primarily intended for industrial applications and are the best choice for machine vision, levelling instruments, particle counters and sensors of all kinds.
