VCSEL - standard and customized solutions
IMM Photonics offers high-performance VCSEL solutions optimized for demanding applications in oxygen sensor technology and modern high-speed telecommunications. The VCSEL laser diodes are available in wavelengths of 850 nm and 760 nm and deliver stable output powers from 0.5 mW to 1.5 mW. They feature a round Gaussian beam, fixed polarization alignment (polarization-locked), and excellent spectral stability.

VCSEL variants with or without integrated photodiodes are available for maximum precision. This enables real-time optical feedback for reliable power control and advanced sensor technologies. The hermetically sealed TO housings, the precise alignment of the chips, and the particularly stable emission guarantee consistent performance — even under harsh environmental conditions.
