Our range of photodiodes and receivers in fibre optic casing are available as Si-based, GaAs-based and InGaAs-based photodiodes. We also offer GaAs and InGaAs receivers with integrated amplifiers. ST, SMA (for Si photodiodes only) and FC casings are available as standard. Other options can be found in customised products.
