Picosecond laser diodes
Whether used as seed lasers in laser material processing, in analytics, or in sensor technology, picosecond lasers play a crucial role. These lasers offer excellent spectral stability and can be used under a variety of operating conditions, ranging from continuous-wave operation to short-pulse operation (15 picoseconds, 50 picoseconds with a gain-switched mode, and nanosecond operation).
Picosecond laser diodes are available as standard in the wavelength range from 1020 nm to 1180 nm; other wavelengths are available upon request.
