Our onboarding starts right after the contract is signed, with support provided even before the first day of work. A personalized onboarding plan makes the transition smoother, including a prepared workspace and training during the first few days. A mentor accompanies the new employee, offering guidance throughout the first weeks. The team-oriented, cross-departmental approach promotes knowledge sharing and quick integration.

In Teisnach, you’ll be producing precise laser products—ranging from alignment to bonding, soldering, and assembly, always requiring a delicate touch and using state-of-the-art equipment. You’ll work in climate-controlled, electrostatically protected rooms, supported by robotics and cleanroom technology. Flexible working hours ensure an ideal work-life balance. We are internal service providers active in the areas of order processing, IT, human resources, accounting, and controlling. You will be responsible for part of the tasks related to organizing operational workflows. We respond flexibly to our customers’ needs, optimize internal processes, and structure the day-to-day office routine.
In doing so, we contribute to a work environment where our colleagues in other departments can fully focus on their core responsibilities.
