Another year has flown by—twelve months filled with meaningful encounters, exciting developments, and bold steps toward an increasingly digital future. 2025 has impressively shown us just how much momentum our industry holds and how essential it is to stay open to new ideas.

Receiving the first EPIC Sustainability Award this year fills us with great pride. It confirms that our commitment to responsibility and progress is not only visible, but also recognized on an international level.

Digital transformation—especially in the mid-sized sector—requires courage. Courage to question what’s familiar. Courage to integrate new technologies. Courage to learn together. That’s exactly why we created space for growth this year: through targeted training and open communication. There are countless positive examples that show how much potential lies in change.

At the same time, our foundation remains as strong as ever: precision, reliability, and more than 30 years of experience in developing innovative optical and optoelectronic solutions. These are the values that guide us—and that will continue to carry us into 2026.
